We offer frozen desserts, treats, and catering services for events. All products are made and prepared with care. Availability of products and flavors may vary and we reserve the right to substitute items when necessary due to supply availability.

 

Orders and Payments
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm orders, especially for catering and events. All prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date.

 

Cancellations and Refunds
For regular orders, cancellations must be made within a reasonable time. For catering or events, deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within an agreed-upon timeframe before the event. If we must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, a full refund will be provided.

 

Allergies and Food Safety
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.

 

Event Services
For events, the client is responsible for providing adequate space and a safe environment for setup and serving. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, venue restrictions, power issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Liability
By purchasing our products, you agree that we are not liable for any injury, illness, damages, or losses that may result from the consumption of our products or from services provided, except where required by law.
